Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within 14 days upon receiving the product. 

Aerin Dree will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price of the item only, when accompanied by the original invoice. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 

We do not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s), hence do mail us via a traceable mail. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package. Aerin Dree will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns on the item(s) will only be honoured if it is intact. Otherwise, Aerin Dree reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Aerin Dree’s sole discretion. 

Merchandise returned to us will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. 

For exchanges, do email us first to ask on the availability of the sizes/merchandise you want to exchange with. If not, standard return procedures apply if you wish to send it back to us.

For updates regarding your return or exchanges, please email us at contact@aerindree.com and include the return tracking number. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
